Charles Calixto is a graphic designer based in
Las Vegas, NV and Baltimore, MD. He has been immersed in the arts from an early age, creating
work enriched by his diverse experiences.
During highschool, Charles was classically trained
in drawing, painting, sculpture, and photography
at the Las Vegas Academy's visual design program.
His work has been showcased at numerous venues within the city of Las Vegas.
Charles received his BFA, Summa Cum Laude, in Graphic Design from the Maryland Institute College
of Art. His tenure as a student has produced work recognized in PRINT, the Art Directors Club of New York, and several instructional design publications.
Current infatuations: artist's books, shadow puppets, tea ceremony, tai chi, podcasts.
He resides in Baltimore City, works at the prestigious Design Army in Washington, D.C. and enjoys referring to himself in the third person.
